We also routinely represent clients before the New Jersey Office of Administrative Law as well as other regulatory agencies such as the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, the Department of Transportation, the Department of Community Affairs, the Department of Law and Public Safety, the New Jersey Turnpike Authority, the Pinelands Commission and the South Jersey Transportation Authority.

Our firm currently serves as legal counsel for several New Jersey municipalities, a county utilities authority and various state and federal government authorities. Our firm’s expertise in local, county and state government matters is multidisciplinary in nature, including counseling clients in the areas of labor and employment law, public finance law, zoning and land use, environmental law, general municipal law, construction projects, litigation, litigation avoidance, the Open Public Records Act and the Open Public Meetings Act, among others. Additionally, we monitor, review and analyze proposed legislation and regulations impacting clients and their interests. Our New Jersey registered lobbyist Keith Davis maintains strong relationships with local and state officials, and can assist clients with developing strategies and interacting with legislators, local elected representatives at the municipal and county level and policymakers to achieve client objectives.
